We do not offer refunds under any circumstances due to the intimate nature of our post-surgical garments and hygiene standards. All sales are final.

Can I exchange my faja if I ordered the wrong size?

Yes! We understand that during your recovery or surgery prep, it’s easy to choose the wrong size. That’s why we allow exchanges only if the faja is unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.

How long does it take to get a response to my message?
